After treatment ends, many of us are left wondering, Who am I now? What’s next? What the hell just happened to me? Why do I feel so low when I should feel elated?

These weekly journalling session are for women who have finished active cancer treatment and are navigating life beyond cancer.If you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, these sessions offer a compassionate space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and dreams for the future.

What to Expect


Each week, we will explore what’s on our mind through guided journalling prompts and reflective exercises. Sessions are designed to be gentle, supportive, and deeply healing, offering a mix of:

  • Thought-provoking journalling prompts

  • Optional group sharing

  • Encouragement and guidance to help you process your experience
